0001333: Incorrect urls on tabs above the lists in Admin Console

Description

In-Portal uses tabs to group similar functionality on the pages.

There are 2 types of tabs:
* on top of lists (before item editing is started) - created by <inp2:adm_ListTabs/> tag
* on editing forms (when item is being edited) - created by <inp2:$prefix_PrintEditTabs/> tag

I've recently discovered a problem, that passing info from another unit in tab url, created by <inp2:adm_ListTabs/> tag isn't possible.
