Summary 0001072: Wrong Sorting for Sections under "Structure & Data" in Admin
Description There is bug in a system where our Sorting for Sections under "Structure & Data" in Admin is affected by the sorting changes in the main Sections grid.

The Left menu sorting shouldn't be changed like that and can only be affected by the Default sorting which applies Priority (order) field on it.
