Summary 0000054: Admin: Skip Theme from Auto-generatting
Description Currently all Physical Folders under "themes/" result in generating new Theme records (viewable under Admin->Configuration->Themes).

We need to add a filter that will exclude themes that start with "." OR even better - if they do NOT have /index.tpl (home page) template. I believe this is ho wit worked before.

 Any reason for doing that? Every folder in themes folder is a theme. Themes folder is not a temporary data storage of some kind. Maybe this is related to issue 0000060 (Folder ".svn" is added as new theme, but it should not)?

In this case you should provide more concrete aims for each feature.
