Summary 0000450: No Vertical scrolling in File Browser in FCKEditor
Description Uploaded a lot of images on one of my projects and noticed, that
vertical scrolling in image select window (after "Browse Server" button is
clicked) doesn't show up in Firefox 3.5. Noticed that on 4.3.9 version. Not
sure about 5.0.1 version, haven't tested there.

Also propose we also make pop-up with that File Browser bigger size.
