Summary 0000264: Fix "Show All" and "Show Structure" on Items Selector pop-up page
Description We need to use the same "Show All" and "Show Structure" on Item Selector pop-up page. Please correct:

1. Location - should be right-top corner similar to what we have for Structure & Data

3. Use the same Icons so it looks the same.

2. Wording - use the same Language labels even when selected.

 There is problem with using same icons, because there are no gradient bar with 100% width at the top of window, like we have in "head" frame. For now I can only change labels. If you have any design, then please provide.

 Uploaded Image, but make sure to have "darker" border around the gray area so there is NO white space as on the screenshot.

 Fix committed to 5.0.x branch. Commit Message:

1. Fixes 0000264: Fix "Show All" and "Show Structure" on Items Selector pop-up page
2. That whitespace on top was real hard piece to find and fix.
3. Bug 0000272: Ability to strip first N levels from category path.
