Summary 0000248: Creating New Form
Description When creating new form, they are called "!FORM_SUB_LABEL1" "!FORM_SUB_LABEL2", etc. as opposed to the name you give them when you create them

Also, within the Form section, the Title in the blue line should be the title of the Form, not "Form Submissions" or better yet "$title Submissions"

I've added form name to submission list blue bar. Related to ability to show title in form "$title Submissions" there is a problem with arabic language, where all words are reversed. So I've make such title instead "Form Submissions: 'form_name'".
