0000171: Automatic Images Folder Cleaning

Description

We need to create 2 special events + Agents for maintainence purposes:

1. Check all current images via Images table and delete the ones that we don't need in:

- /system/images
- /system/images/pending (except the ones from temp_table_Edit_Images)

Propose call event OnCleanImages. Agent should run once a week and should be disabled with default installation.

2. Delete ALL resized images (clean) via separate OnCleanResizedImages event triggered by Agent:

- /system/images/resized
- /system/images/pending/resized

Agent should run once a month and should be disabled in default installation.

Additional Information

This is feature is an exception and will be added to 5.0.1
