Description Order Temporarily table is getting dropped when doing "Print Order" (on Preview tab) in Admin.

On the rest of tabs this is fine.

 Fix committed to RC branch. Commit Message:

1. Fixes 0000142: Order Temporarily table Dropped when doing Print Order in Admin.
2. Same stuff when viewing payment gateway verification results.
This was usage of "openwin" function during item editing. Function doesn't increment window id and temporary table got deleted by parent window's window id.

Maybe same error will happen in 2 places in "In-Auction" module, but I can't check it, because module is not working for the moment.
