Summary 0001036: Approving/Declining a category produces notice, when In-News isn't installed
Description When administrator approves/declines a category/page/section and In-Portal installation doesn't include In-News module, then a notice about missing "cust_RssSource" field is raised.

Notice happens after approve has been made and before user sees category/page/section list again and therefore that notice it's visible even in debugger in normal conditions.
