0000817: Order Tracking field unavailable on "To Ship" orders |

Description:

Orders under "To Ship" state don't have their tracking fields editable. This is exactly the step where we need to enter the tracking ID, before shipping the order. |

Currently, when TrackingNumber is an USPS shipping label, then link to label PDF download is displayed.
When you replaced that link with an input box you lost that functionality. |
