Summary: 0000080: Improvements to Multi-lingual text fields on Add/Edit forms
Description: We need a better functionality for entering / editing data for Multi-lingual fields on Add / Edit forms.

Propose to show "language" link (or icons if exists) next to the name of multilingual text and textarea fields. By clicking on "language" link user will see an input field (or text area) for corresponding language while previous field will be hidden.

We need to make sure we properly handle cases when user get the form while in NON-Primary language and starts entering the data. This may lead to Required fields not properly populated.

Currently we have Links (In-Link) and Articles (In-News) that can use this functionality in Default2009 theme.
