Description:

Create new <inp2:m_Redirect template="" pass="" [params]/> which would perform PHP redirect build end URL by passing all parameters to m_Link tag.
Tag will be useful in themes when need to redirect. |

We will wait with this task implementing, since required 0000626 task will only be available in 5.0.3 release.
Once 5.0.3 release is available, then I will merge it to 5.1.x and create new patch that will include:
1. copy of m_Link tag named m_Redirect
2. body of tag will call Redirect method instead of HREF method |
