I propose do enhance CheckSimultaneousEdit functionality (checks for simultaneous same record editing by different users) the way, so it also will display message to user in case if he/she opens same record for editing in another window on same computer. We have some cases lately, when 1. user opened record A for editing 2. changed something on form 3. minimized editing window instead of saving changes 4. some time passed 5. user opened same record for editing again 6. changed some data 7. pressed save in last window 8. pressed save in first window and lost all changes made in last window. |
