0000352: Persistent variables are not available for "root" user just after login was made |

Description:
|
When u:OnLogin event is successfully executed, then user logged in system and it's persistent variables are available right away, e.g. for after hooks to u:OnLogin event.
Problem is, that persistent variable load doesn't happen for "root" user. It only happens for all other admin users except for "root". |
