0001109: Field Modified (modification date/time) of PortalUser table isn't property updated |

Description:

I've recently discovered nice field Modified in PortalUser, that should allow to tell, when user record was modified.
However it has user creation time in it and is never changed when user record is changed. Also that field is never displayed.
I propose we do a complete set:
1. show Modified field in user edit page
2. show Modified field in user list
3. change it's value, when user record is changed |
