0001101: Page/category item search results are not being sorted by relevance |

Description:

Page/category item search results are not being sorted by relevance resulting more relevant result to be displayed in end of the list or on last page at worse case.
Also some disabled pages/category items were included in search table being created (but they were not displayed to user, since another code blocked them anyway). |
