Summary: 0001043: Ability to Exclude Template based Sections from Search Results
Description: We need the ability to Exclude Template based Sections from Search Results.

This will be achieved by adding New Configuration option which will allow Admins to control whether to include or exclude them from Search.

New setting will be placed under Configuration->Website->Search section and will be OFF by default.

Name for new setting will be (or similar)

ExcludeTemplateSectionsFromSearch = Exclude template based Sections from Search Results (ie. Registration)

Patch can't be applied to 5.1.3 without conflicts and upgrade script (that inserts new config variable) was missing.

I've fixed all that and attached new patch. In all other aspects original patch works.
