Changeset	1. cosmotic changes to "restore from backup" installation step 2. deep db presmission & connections checks during db install & reconfigure 3. always nice error message about db connection, not just one line "error conecting .." on white screen 4. fixed bug in case if user enters invalid connection parameters in reconfigure script
