Affected Issues	0000301: Unable to view/change category owner in administrative console

Changeset	1. Fixes 0000301: Unable to view/change category owner in administrative console. 2. Thesaurus section removed from simple interface preset. 3. In case if 404 template was parsed during event execution, then parser wasn't initialized. 4. Type error in title presets fixed.
