In-Portal Repository Usage - 2009-05-14 12:21 - administrator [Announcement]

1. Each COMMIT should have NON-empty commit message describing what is committed and why.

2. When COMMIT is related to the ISSUE, then ISSUE number should be provided in COMMIT message in form "bug 1000" or "issue 1000", where 1000 is issue number in Mantis.

3. When COMMIT affects more, then one MODULE files, then one COMMIT per MODULE should be used.
