Summary 0000005: Issue with Copy/Paste into FCK in Edit Blocks
Description FCK window moves up so there is NO Save/Cancel button viewable after doing Copy/Paste of large amount of text (3-4 paragraphs) in FCK text area.

Problem occurs ONLY in IE8 in Edit Blocks (Browse Mode). The same FCK editor behaves fine when working with text via pop-up for text area when edit an Item.

 Problem is, that IE8 doesn't follow standards more, then IE7 didn't. In this case, when table uses border collapsing (border-collapse: collapse), then IE8 renders it incorrectly resulting in incorrect height is returned to any JS-library being used. In particular it adds some white lines before each cell (https://connect.microsoft.com/IE/feedback/ViewFeedback.aspx?FeedbackID=407885).
