Summary 0000301: Unable to view/change category owner in administrative console
Description There is "Suggest Category" form on Front-End. When category is created this way, then user, who suggested it is fixed in CreatedById field. Later when suggested category is approved/declined, then by this field is determined user, who will be informed about that in email.

Inconsistency is, that CreatedById field is not visible neither in category/section list, nor during category/section editing.

 Fix committed to 5.0.x branch. Commit Message:

1. Fixes 0000301: Unable to view/change category owner in administrative console.
2. Thesaurus section removed from simple interface preset.
3. In case if 404 template was parsed during event execution, then parser wasn't initialized.
4. Type error in title presets fixed.
