Description Original fields are set in incorrect place after item creation. This results change log record like "ItemId 0 => 23323" to appear, when you create and then upgrade same record (without changing any fields).

 This is tested and seems to be working. Please commit.

Quick note - we'll definitely need to come back (not in 5.1.0) and work on making Change Log better.
