Summary 0001245: Template aliases (#....#) don't work in "Design Mode"
Description When trying to edit a block while viewing template from theme's template aliases list (e.g. #in-link/section_design#) get broken template editing page.

This happens, because an attempt is made to use currently selected front-end theme (while viewing in Admin) for template alias resolution, which fails.
