Summary	0001124: Ability to enter date & time in a single field

Description	I worked on a website recently, where date/time input control was displayed like single input control. Since In-Portal uses 2 input controls (one for date and another for time), then it wasn't possible to implement requested design. Here is new control (for admin console), that allows to enter date/time into a single field. Control is called "inp_edit_date_time_combined".
