Summary	0000900: Some of BMP files are not resized

Description	In-Portal decides how image should be resized based on it's mime type. However BMP have 2 possible mime types (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMP_file_format): * image/x-ms-bmp * image/x-bmp Only one of them is recognized by In-Portal and because of that BMP files of 1st type are not converted at all.
