Summary 0000511: Auto-Logout Admin Session after Installation

Description Propose adding auto-expire session after the installation so user us asked to Login in Admin

Description Currently there is an issue that user is getting logged in into Admin straight away as soon as they completed the installation and some (sometimes all) of the Language labels are shown as not translated when they actually are.

This happens only after the installation and goes away if you re-logout.

I propose to auto-Expire/Delete that session after the installation.
