Summary	0001196: Improvements to Languages and Phrases Export capabilities

Description	There are 2 improvements that are part of this task: 1. Adding "Data Type to Export" field + functionality which will allow exporting specific data types or all of it. We add ability to select Data Type to Export - checkboxes on Export screen for Lang Export via Regional section (all checked by default) - see 1st screenshot 2. Add ability to export only what you have Filtered out or Selected on right from Labels & Phrases and Email Templates grid/sections. Here we'll use similar Export screen, BUT remove unneeded fields - see 2nd screenshot. 3. Add "Modified On" field to e-mail events table. NOTE: "Export" toolbar buttons should HIDDEN for Simple system preset

Additional Information	Plan: 1. change filter on phrase type column to "grid_multioptions_filter", that allows to select multiple phrase types at once 2. create OnExport events for phrases & e-mail events, that would: - remember phrases/e-mail events that user have selected in grid - or remember all phrases/e-mail events that are displayed - show usual export page with special mark passed to it - based on special mark hide all unrelated fields 3. set language id to export as current language from the grid 4. set phrases/e-mail events names to ones from grid 5. call regular export event

Description	It would be great and convenient to have the ability to export only what you have Filtered out or Selected on right in Labels & Phrases grid/section.
