Summary	0000958: Editing language on section edit form don't change on primary language change
Description	In-Portal has language selector dropdown on each form, that allows to input data on different languages. By default primary language is selected. When memory caching is enabled, then pressing "Set Primary" button in "Regional" section changes current primary language, but not default language shown in dropdown on edit form.
