Summary	0000926: Filename Replacements are NOT taken from Primary language
Description	Filename Replacements are taken from current language instead of Primary There's bug with Filename Replacements functionality. When admin have switched to non-primary language, and is creating/editing items that have filenames, then filename replacement are taken from current language, not from primary one.
