Summary	0000818: Issues with kCurlHelper class
Description	We several issue with our curl helper class: * we can't enable curl operation logging, when debug mode isn't enabled; * information, that is logged isn't enough to understand who did the request and it's status (success/timeout/etc.); * when logging enabled, then curl requests hangs up the script in random way ending with white screen.
