Summary	0000745: Outdated left tree after group permission change
Description	1. We need to refresh left tree in administrative console after group permissions are changed. This makes sense for case, when administrator adds/removes "view" right for tree section of it's own group (group, he is in). 2. Refresh left tree (or just pages part), when we use "Refresh" feature from "Tools" menu in Catalog.
