Summary	0000723: Skip Domain name Validation for GPL license
Description	Skip Domain name Validation for GPL license (when NO license is specified). Instead whatever license is entered will be used.
Additional Information	NOTE by Alex: I believe, that we shouldn't skip that step (as proposed originally), but only don't validate domain from missing license against HTTP_HOST. ORIGINAL Task desc: ========= We should skip "Select Domain" step and go straight to the next one if NO Commercial license uploaded. Automatically use whatever detected from HTTP_HOST =========
