Summary	0000685: Moving .Htaccess and Cache.sh files to more suable location
Description	Required changed: 1. Move /tools/.htaccess to /.htaccess (root of installation) 2. Create proper .htaccess file with DENY based in file types 3. Move and rename /system/cache/clean.sh to /tools/clear_cache.sh AND updated paths inside!! 4. Update wording of "Delete Compiled Templates" (in Admin->Tools->System tools) to "Clear Templates Cache".
