Summary 0000061: Can't open topic details page.
Description Can't open topic details page - template in db is named "in-bulletin/designs/detail.tpl", but on disk is named "in-bulletin/designs/post_list.tpl". Even if I manage to specify correct template name directly, then I got parser error, that requested template not found.
