Summary 0000536: Logged-in user not available in OnAfterConfigRead event
Description User, which is currently logged-in is not available in OnAfterConfigRead event. Here is one of immediate side effects of this:

   1. goto users list
   2. open new user adding form
   3. go to "Images" tab

Groups tab will appear from nowhere.
