Summary	0000005: Issue with Copy/Paste into FCK in Edit Blocks
Description	FCK window moves up so there is NO Save/Cancel button viewable after doing Copy/Paste of large amount of text (3-4 paragraphs) in FCK text area. Problem occurs ONLY in IE8 in Edit Blocks (Browse Mode). The same FCK editor behaves fine when working with text via pop-up for text area when edit an Item. See attachment.
