Summary	0000492: Add ID attribute to each field's row on editing form
Description	I propose to add ID attribute to each field's row on editing form. This will add ability to identify each row quickly for show/hide purposes. Changes should only made to "inp_edit_*" blocks in form_blocks.tpl template.
