Summary	0000488: Show all possible replacement tags during email event editing
Description	In case, when there are replacement tags (ReplacementTags in Events table) are defined, then we should show them in dropdown field above email event content editing. When user will select one of defined replacement tags for this email event, then it will be added at current cursor position in textarea/fckeditor.
