Summary 0000046: Display Language Phrases instead of Permission Names on Adv. Perm. edit screen
Description By now we are showing useless to end user advanced permission names (e.g. "in-portal:users.advanced:approve") during advanced permission editing in group editing. I propose to replace those permission names with appropriate phrases, that will contain permission name as their part:

"la_permission_<permission_name>"
Additional Information + Translate newly added phrases.
