Summary	0000404: Event parameter "temp_id" not set, when OnAfterCopyToLive event is called
Description	Event "OnAfterCopyToLive" is called only from administrative console, when changed record is saved from temporary editing table to live table. It has two parameters: id (id of live record, that was created/updated) and temp_id (id of temp record, that was used). Both parameters are given, when item has subitems (e.g. saving order, which has order items), but in case, when item doesn't have any subitems, like manufacturer parameter "temp_id" is not given.
