0000395: User registration logic not always work, during user creation |

Description |
When new user is registered, then
- it's status (based in configuration variable)
- email notifications after registration
- auto-login
are processed in OnCreate event directly. Because of that, when use is created using $user->Create() call all that doesn't get called. |
