Summary 0000363: Some links lead to ".html" instead of normal template
Description 1. create "test" section on top level
2. move "sitemap" section from "platform" folder to "test" folder.
3. Go to http://www.site.com/test/sitemap.html (see sitemap link in footer is broken)
4. Go to http://www.site.com/platform/sitemap.html (see sitemap link in footer is working)
5. Go to http://www.site.com/platform/index.html (see sitemap link in footer is working)
