I did Structure & Data -> New Section ("About Us") -> Save.

The page was added, but on the front-end or through browse mode it shows an error:

Fatal Error: Cannot include "platform/designs/general" - file does not exist in /home/sites/betainportal/web/5.0.1/min/core/kernel/nparser/nparser.php on line 330
