Summary	0000337: Server information screen redesign
Description	Server information screen looks a bit odd with all our administrative console style mixed in phpinfo styles. I propose to show phpinfo() result as it (no out styles) and check permission using m_RequireLogin (not combined_header block as now) on top of template.
