Summary 0000334: Change discount group selection during discount adding/editing
Description Currently "User Group" field is not required and "admin" group is selected by default. This is not very straight forward, because I accidentally created discount for "admin" group this way and was really confused, when my discount wasn't having effect on Guest group.

I propose to make "User Group" field required and add empty option in that field and make it default. This way user, who haven't selected "User Group" will be notified and will select correct group before saving the discount.
Additional Information Also discount type selection (Flat/Percent) could be make as radio buttons, because there are only two possible values.
