Summary	0000301: Unable to view/change category owner in administrative console
Description	There is "Suggest Category" form on Front-End. When category is created this way, then user, who suggested it is fixed in CreatedById field. Later when suggested category is approved/declined, then by this field is determined user, who will be informed about that in email. Inconsistency is, that CreatedById field is not visible neither in category/section list, nor during category/section editing.
