Description Move "Root Password" Configuration Variable to Website->Advanced: Admin Console Settings section:

1. Move [10.12] RootPass, Put it before [40.01] AllowAdminConsoleInterfaceChange

2. Move [10.14] RememberLastAdminTemplate => after [40.1] DebugOnlyFormConfigurator
