Summary	0000248: Creating New Form
Description	When creating new form, they are called "!FORM_SUB_LABEL1" "!FORM_SUB_LABEL2", etc. as opposed to the name you give them when you create them Also, within the Form section, the Title in the blue line should be the title of the Form, not "Form Submissions" or better yet "$title Submissions"
