Summary 0000243: Quick fix for Email Subject Import
Description Add a quick fix to existing Language Pack Import functionality so it can import Email Subjects.

Parse the data field, pull the Subject data out and insert it into Messages folder during the installation (language Import).
Additional Information Later in 5.1.0 we'll be adding more stable functionality (Helper) so this is done using objects.
